The volunteers who each year bring Microfestivus to Roanoke will join us at Festival in the Park to provide a "Microfest Preview" with a few of the micro-brews that will be coming to 15th Anniversary of Microfestivus on Aug. 11, 2012! Sign up to volunteer for FREE admission to @Microfest

"Microfest Preview" will be located at the main beer service truck within Elmwood Park on Saturday only. However, beer and wine service will be available throughout the entire festival.

Soft Drinks – Pepsi – Aquafina water, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, Orange Slush, Sierra Mist

Adult Beverages – Budweiser products and Wine $5.00 each

(Due to ABC regulations, there will be a limit placed on the number of beverages each person can consume while at the event. Each person is limited to six beers, wine or specialty drinks on Friday, May 25th and eight Saturday, Sunday and Monday, May 26-28.)

Q: Can I bring food or beverages of my own into Elmwood park during Festival? 

Soft drinks (water, soda, etc.)  will be on sale at the festival, there are also water fountains in the park for those who elect that option for their refreshments.  We strive to keep the price of beverages and food reasonable.  Also keep in mind that, as with all festivals, the revenue generated by beverage and food sales helps to cover the enormous expenses associated with this event. 

No outside food or beverage will be permitted into the evening concert venue.
