Performing arts primarily consist of daytime performances May 26-28, 2012 from 12 noon to 4PM. Five stages feature groups of varying sizes and genres. Many factors go into the decision of how and when to schedule performers, including the size of audience they draw, how well the performance fits into the "theme" of the day, equipment needs, type of performance and much more. Since hundreds of musical groups vie for the opportunity to perform at Festival, we cannot schedule all those who apply. To improve your chances of being scheduled, and to be listed in Festival's printed schedule and the web site, submit your application before the March 2, 2012 deadline.
If you are selected, you will be contacted by email or phone and your date/time will be confirmed at that time. We will then follow up with maps and parking passes.
